Content and Behavior Guidelines

The Online Photo Club is designed to be a positive and supportive environment. All photos must be appropriate for a general audience and should not contain offensive, violent, or illegal content. Respect the privacy of others and do not upload images that you do not have permission to share. Members should treat one another with respect and avoid rude or harassing comments in the chat room or any other part of the site.

By submitting a photo, you confirm that you are the photographer or that you have permission to share the image. You also agree that your photo may be displayed on this website in the galleries and winners pages. If you see any content that appears to break these rules, please contact the club coordinator so it can be reviewed and removed if necessary.

Technical Requirements and Deadlines

Photos should be submitted in common image formats such as JPG or PNG. To keep page loading times reasonable, files should be no larger than 3 MB. We recommend a resolution of at least 800 pixels on the longest side so that images look clear in the gallery. Each member may submit up to three photos per monthly category, but only one photo per person can win in each round of voting.

Submission deadlines will be posted on the home page and may change for different contests. Late entries might be displayed on the site but may not be eligible for voting or prizes. Please read the current deadlines carefully and plan to upload your photos early to avoid any last-minute technical problems.
